That day was one of my busy days, because I had a flight with the airline Citilink from Surabaya to Banjarmasin at 05.00 WIB in the morning to carry out my On the Job Training at Perum LPPNPI Banjarmasin. My flight from Surabaya to Banjarmasin took about 60 minutes until 70 minutes. I arrived on Syamsuddin Noor International Airport safely at 07.30 WIT.

      After Arrived, i was picked by senior of Airnav Banjarmasin Indonesia up. They were using official car of Airnav Banjarmasin to picked us up. We had breakfast first on restaurant near the Airnav Banjarmasin office.Then we went to airnav Banjarmasin office and met Mr. Anton and his staff as general manager of Airnav Banjarmasin. In addition we also met with cadets from the Civil Aviation Safety and Engineering of Makassar who also carried out OJT at Airnav Banjarmasin.

     The first month of my second OJT, on october 2018. the first month of implementing OJT in my opinion it was the hardest monthin OJT implementation, because we had to adapt quickly to the new and super busy work environment. where our work environment was very different from the work environment on our first OJT implementation. on my second OJT we had to adjust the service procedures that we have learned during our education period at Aviation Polytechnic of Surabaya with the procedure of servants who were on Airnav Banjarmasin quickly and Precisely. Were we depressed? yes of course, because the world of work that we are facing is not as easy and as beautiful as we imagined. There were many procedure that we had to do there. We had also learn a lot of new knowledge quickly. we had a lot of new people to meet, but with that pressure we could develope and gained new knowledge in the field of Aeronautical Communication. Besides, here we also could meet great people with such good hearts, people who gave us a lot of knowledge that was very useful for us suring our OJT.

     Entering the second and third months of OJT, we were wanted and easy to understand about the working system of an Aeronautical Communication Officer. In implementing OJT service schedule, it was divided into 2 work shift, the morning shift and the afternoon shift. the morning shift started at 05.30 am until 01.00 pmand the afternoon shiftstarted at 12.00 am until 17.00 pm. Here we carried out On the Job Training in 3 different units, the Flight service Station (FSS) unit, the Sub Comm Center unit and the Air Traffic Service Reporting Office (ATS-RO) unit. On november 2018, there were many impressive stories that i got, that month for the first time i could feel a helicopter ride (HAHA) and saw the beauty of oil palm plantations that spoiled the eyes, and i that month exacly 20 years ago I was born. that day was very special to me, where i got a surprise from my OJT friends and also Aeronautical Communication Officer banjarmasin seniors.

      January 2019, that month we began to be preoccupied with writing On the Job Training reports that we had to complete before our OJT ended, looking for pronlem finding that we would discuss in our report, looking for supporting documents for the problems we discussed, and also sharing with Aeroonautical Communication Officer seniors about our report. During the OJT writing report processed we often spent free time in the office to work was to write OJT reports together. Playing games together to refresh our mind when it was to write at the lowest point when we felt stress.

      Finally... the last month of my OJT was in february 2019. A tough month after our first moth of my OJT, the month where our longing for family at home and our new family'sconfort at the OJT location is at its peak. our 5 months implementing OJT here are many stories, stories of joy and sorrow that we went through together. many amazing experience that i got and also many knowledge that we got.
